6063 Extruded Aluminum Window Frame

6063 extruded aluminum alloy window frame profiles are formed into the required cross-section through extrusion processing, and can be combined with glass, sealing strips, connectors and hardware accessories to form a complete window frame system.

Cross-Section Design
Profiles can be customized based on window type and glass specification, including single-chamber, multi-chamber, or thermal break designs.
Grooves can be designed for glass retention and sealing strips.
Reinforcement ribs or mounting flanges can be added according to structural requirements.
